The Shelby County School District needed to create a new teacher evaluation system from scratch, but they quickly realized a paper-based system wouldn’t cut it. They wanted better collaboration between teachers and administrators, and they needed to streamline processes to save time for administrators, principals, and HR staff.

Dr. Resia Brooks, Human Resources Supervisor at Shelby County School District, says a colleague told her about PowerSchool Unified Talent Perform™. “It sounded like exactly what we needed to digitize our evaluations and improve collaboration,” says Brooks.
